Shipping Rates: Continental USA
Shipping rates include Handling, Packing and Insurance.
We charge a flat rate based on the order value. Please note that shipping on oversized or heavy items may be higher than these prices. On oversized items, we have noted that the item will require a shipping rate quote for expedited or international shipping. These items include, but are not limited to: buffers, complete wash systems, and vacuums.

Orders must placed by 2:00 p.m. EST to ship out the same business day. Not available for oversized and custom items, hot water extractors, complete wash systems, special order items and vacuums.

These Expedite rates are for all orders that can be sent VIA Ground UPS within the Continental United States only. * Expedited rates listed here apply to orders under $500. Orders totaling $500 or more will require an additional shipping charge. A representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Any order that are for cases or bulk must ship UPS ground only.
Shipping on over-sized packages, packages with gallons, buffers, or vacuums could be higher. Also, the above quoted air rates will be higher on over-sized packages. This would apply to international orders that can not be shipped by ground transport. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico will ship via UPS 2nd-Day Air service.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii typically ship via USPS Priority Mail please see USPS chart below.

Canada Shipping Rates

Shipping rates include Handling, Packing and Insurance. In order to make it simple for you, we charge one low delivery charge based on the total value of your order.

Please note: Shipping on oversized or heavy items may be higher than these prices. An associate will contact you with an actual shipping rate quote if necessary. This may apply to gallons, buffers, cases, etc.

  • Prices do not include duties, taxes, or brokerage fee. Consult your local customs authorities to determine if any imports tariffs apply.
  • These rates DO NOT APPLY to Special Order Items like BLT Mats, WeatherTech, ParkSmart Mats and Highland.


Shipping Method:

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live. * Orders must placed by 2:00 p.m. EST to ship out the same business day.

Florida Residents-please note: Standard UPS ground service should get your order to you in one day. It is not necessary to pay for any type of expedited service.

Some items are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Custom items cannot be expedited.

Attention military personnel, Hawaii, and Alaska residents! We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and APO and FPO military addresses via USPS priority mail so you can receive Autogeek merchandise wherever you are in the world. Flat shipping rates based on amount of order are listed below. We will handle customs forms. Sorry, we are unable to ship aerosol products due to federal regulations. Expedited Shipping Methods:

We also provide UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day. See chart for pricing information. When calculating delivery, remember to only count working UPS days. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays. * Next day air orders must placed by 2:00 p.m. EST to ship out the same business day. Exactly when will my package be delivered?

UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.

Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events that may occur.

How do I get a tracking number for my order?

If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse via Quantum View Notify, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order ships. International Orders:
Due to increased shipping costs, we must impose a $100 minimum purchase on international orders. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping in addition to any duties and taxes incurred at the time of importation. Consult your local customs authorities to determine if any import tariffs apply.

Place your order online through our secure electronic system with a valid email address. Before your credit card is charged, we will email you a ship rate quote within 1-3 business days. *If you pay with PayPal, the funds will be automatically withdrawn via PayPal. Upon your approval of the shipping charge, we will process and ship your order.

Return Policy

Refunds are given, less shipping and handling charges, for items returned in like new condition with original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the order.

To return an item, call us at 1-800-869-3011 ext 212 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Custom items include, but are not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, Lloyd floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.

Non-custom Covercraft items that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, per the manufacturer.

Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.

If you wish to exchange an item, please call us and we’ll be happy to help you find the product you need. Please call us at 1-800-869-3011 ext. 212 and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will assign a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
